By accessing bitcoinscholars.org (the "Site") or subscribing to communications from Bitcoin Scholars Fund ("BSF," "we," "our," or "us"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use our Site or services.

2. About Bitcoin Scholars Fund

Bitcoin Scholars Fund is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization working to fund Bitcoin education in participating states' primary and secondary schools through a partnership with Base58. Our 501(c)(3) application is currently pending with the IRS. Tax credit eligibility is contingent on the passage and implementation of applicable legislation effective for the 2027 tax year.

Nothing on this Site constitutes legal, tax, or financial advice. You should consult a qualified tax professional regarding your specific circumstances before making any donation.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to use this Site only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You may not:

• Use the Site to transmit spam, malware, or any harmful content.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its infrastructure.
• Misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or organization.

4. Donations and Tax Credits

By expressing interest in donating or joining our donor network, you acknowledge:

• BSF's 501(c)(3) status is pending. Tax deductibility and credit eligibility are not guaranteed until formal approval is received and applicable legislation is in effect.
• The dollar-for-dollar federal tax credit of up to $1,700 per taxpayer ($3,400 for married couples filing jointly) is subject to the specific requirements of the One Big Beautiful Bill Act and IRS guidance for the 2027 tax year.
• BSF will provide documentation required for tax purposes at the time donations are processed.
• All donations, once processed, are final and non-refundable except as required by applicable law.
